I am a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA & ACA — ICAEW Member), currently serving as Senior Consultant, Transaction Advisory Services (Deals) at PwC Pakistan, with more than 10 years of professional experience. My expertise spans Financial Due Diligence, Valuations, FP&A, Strategy, and Audit & Assurance — with experience across industries including Banking & Financial Services, Aviation, Energy, Manufacturing, Technology, and other diversified sectors.
I hold a Master's degree from the University of Dundee (Scotland, UK), a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and I am an active CFA candidate — bringing both academic depth and real-world corporate experience to everything I do.
Through Both Learners, over 8+ years, I have guided 500+ students and professionals across ACCA OBU, UoL BSc & MSc, PER and EPSM, the ICAEW ACA route, life coaching, educational and career counselling, and resume and LinkedIn profile optimisation, achieving a 92% success rate and a 4.9 star average rating.

Hello, and welcome. I'm Bilal Khan.
I'm a Chartered Accountant, a mentor, and the founder of Both Learners.
And this is Conversation with Bilal Khan, where learning becomes a two-way journey.
My journey started with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
I then completed a Master of Commerce, and an MSc in Accounting, Management and Strategy from the University of Dundee.
Along the way, I became a Fellow of ACCA, and in 2025, a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW.
Today, I'm also a CFA Level I candidate, because learning never stops.
Professionally, I have more than ten years of experience in finance.
I'm a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services, the Deals practice, at PwC Pakistan.
I lead financial due diligence and valuation work across banking, energy, asset management and other sectors.
Before that, I ran the finance function at a digital agency, and began my career in audit and tax at PwC.
In 2018, I founded Both Learners.
The idea is simple: in every session, both the mentor and the student learn and grow together.
For more than eight years, I've mentored over 500 students across seven-plus countries.

I guide ICAEW ACA students on the Membership Pathway, including Examination of Experience preparation.
I help ACCA students complete their Practical Experience Requirement and the EPSM.
